Working Principle
The equipment consists of material pull system, feeding system, position correction system, glue spray system, the cutting system, control etc. Materials are feed into machine through material pull system and feeding system, product length is controlled by material pulling system, materials are transmitted by feeding system, Position Correction system automatically control alignment to make sure all layers material center point is in the same position. All layers materials are connected by glue which is provided by glue spray system. At last the glued material is cut into a certain length which is pre-set automatically.
